1. I'm in New Mexico. I thought we had a state run exchange here.

I do know this state has done the expanded Medicaid thing. We have a Republican Governor, but Democratic legislature which is probably why.

I guess this is just another example of "One of our fifty is missing" which is a regular feature in the monthly New Mexico magazine. People relate stories of people who simply have no clue that this state exists or that it's not simply part of the country of Mexico.
