I am in touch w/ a person in Wisconsin and he told me and I have read
that even some very red counties have been bringing in some large #s
of recall Walker signatures. What was he thinking? Because everybody
knows a teacher or firefighter or cop or the guy from the state that makes
sure dams and bridges are safe so going after those people was just stupid
especially after they had already taken cuts in benefits and pay.

900,000/5,700,000 = 15.7% of the state's population

900,000/3,420,000 = 26.3% of the maximum # of the state's voters (guessing that 80%
of people over 18 are registered to vote)

When I think about those students from Madison East High School who walked out
of their classrooms and up Washington St. and to the state capital where they stood
up for what is right I still get chills.

Way to go Badgers!
