Is that it was not sustainable. Declining oil revenues, shortages of foreign reserves, crumbling infrastructure have caught up with VZ. They are hemmoraging dollars as the public desperately tries to protect their money from 50% inflation and their domestic economy has ground to a halt because of the lack of dollars.
