I probably won't get to it seriously before Monday, though I might get a few pages read while eating over the weekend.

If I like it and think my readers would enjoy it, I will post links (if you want me to, of course) on my own web pages. I have millions of readers worldwide (and especially here in the US), so if I do link on most of my hundreds of articles on my 10 public websites, you should get some good exposure.
