Wouldn't you think Wells Fargo could see the public relations advantage in turning over the home?

My daughter has escaped losing her home, a nice condo in Minnetonka (suburb of Minneapolis), by measures most human beings couldn't tolerate. She has accomplished so much but in the end her home bought for 182K in 2006 now has a tax accessed evaluation of 72K! I think that is largely due to the many foreclosed condos in her community. Some in her development have been bought out and rented...bought out by one individual seeking income, yes, but also to hold the community together. I can rent there for 2/3rds of my daughter's mortgage payment. Sometimes I wonder why she just didn't let it go. imho
