They had the house budget committee on. Democratic committee members were talking about the impact of the 'voucherization' of Medicade on the oldest of the old, the most vulnerable adults. And then they cut to Ryan, and he had this nasty smirk on his face.

This is a guy who WANTS to see the elderly suffer!
