16. I still think it's a start.

Many people will swear they're Conservatives, but when you ask them if they want to get rid of their medicare, their social security, etc., they're really more liberal than they think. Sometimes it's just the way you phrase it. I like to think they are "Conservative in general and liberal in specific".
