perhaps his disclosers were in honor of that oath. The preservation and protection of the constitution is really in the hands of the American People. The amendment, I can't remember the number, that made the country dry was repealed after the people through their actions made it clear that a dry America was in some way unconstitutional and the amendment was repealed.
