8. I sent a comment on the dps fraud and waste webpage.

They don`t offer email contact on any of their other web pages. I told them they shouldn't be using taxpayer money to digitally rape young black women. I gave them credit for saving money by reusing the latex glove. I proceeded to tell them that if someone did something like this to one of my own flesh and blood, there would be no law that would keep me from retribution.I ended with, Texas racism is blatant and pathetic. Driving while black does not warrant rape.

Our office has the authority to conduct audits and investigations related to the use of state funds. We would not have purview in this situation unless state funds are involved.
