I have about 40 hours of blimp piloting time What you saw there was some buffeting by winds aloft- but other than the fact that there is a whole lot of unstable air in that picture (indicating potential thunderstorms or rain showers- not great blimp weather.)

They had some turbulence in that video shot but they were ok.

Must have had a tight schedule to try and get someplace if they were flying in that.
