The state of Texas has been experienced one of the worst droughts in the state's history, and fresh water is becoming more and more scarce. But that hasn't stopped the natural gas industry from snatching up as much water as possible for their fracking operations, and that's leaving residents with no water. Ring of Fire host Mike Papantonio talks about this with Gaius Publius, contributing editor for America Blog.
