Almost all have cell phones, right? Keep filming terrible acts as described and make the MFers pay! And how about some investigative reporting about acts that were described in this video. Plus, cameras are now the size of lipstick containers for cheap, another way to nail the guilty...come on folks, there are a whole lot more of US than THEM!
