6. K&R This could be a very freeing thread for some people

And is certainly thought provoking.

I think the longer you live in a closet, the harder it is to come out of it. The door swells and jams shut and the lock and hinges get rusty and won't budge.

I just wish there was a place everyone could go to open that door without having to live with the consequences. Those consequences can hurt with the door closed and they can hurt with the door opened. Some things will not be open for social discussion and acceptance in our lifetime.

I'm glad that the "gay" conversation is allowing so many people to finally open their doors.
