with 9 giant tax-hikes, 8 government-expansions, 7 latte-drinkers, 6 sushi eaters, 5 volvo-drivers, 4 New York Times opinion pieces, 3 body-pierced grand children, 2 Hollywood-loving left-wing freak shows. And a partridge in a pear tree.
