Brit Hume: Chris Christie is 'Masculine and Muscular' & Being Held Back by 'Feminized Society'

19. Just insulting on so many levels...

First, it's not just Brit Hume: so many examples of cowardice and fear are scorned as "girly" in society. If this stereotype was racial instead of gender based, there'd be such a hue and cry we would've stopped it a long time ago. But Britty actually can get away with implying that women are chicken shits and men who act like them are sex-traitors because there's a level of social approval that it's okay. How many times have you heard a guy get called "Pussy" when it's perceived he's not being brave enough? Maybe that's the first issue we should be addressing.

And then from the not-so-sublime to the completely ridiculous: Brit actually says Christie is MUSCULAR? He says this is a man's man? Well, then I want to see him take me. I'm 6'1", a cyclist, a runner, a lifter--and a chick. Let me throw down with Christie and we'll see who emerges victorious!

(please don't go for the low-hanging fruit...it was hard for me, but I'm attempting to resist the concept of Christie winning a fight by pinning me down. Marquess of Queensbury rules only!)
