The Clean Air and Water Act of 2005... was anything but that. It was a Fast Track legislation action
that required super majority votes to pass ...it got 68 senators or so...including Obama! What a ...
FRACKING NIGHTMARE, with 4 MILLION GALLONS OF FRESH WATER PER WELL... Gov. Brown /California
wants stop fracking in his state and I hope he does ! My only wish for the Koch Brothers ... is a
pyroclastic flow. One final note, in the aftermath of Fukushima, France being one the largest producers
of nuclear power and nuclear waste in the world... came to the conclusion that the greatest threat to
their public welfare and safety...was FRACKING... AND THEY BANNED FRACKING AS A NATION !
