4. Equador has transferred to Judgement to the US in an effort to collect on it

Chevron does NOT have enough assets in Ecuador to satisfy the Judgment, thus Ecuador had to transfer the Judgement to the US for collection. That brings the action subject to US Laws which includes RICO.
