In many Muslim nations and in India and other countries, women are daily massacred, such is the absence of women's rights.

What's really sad is that the reporter yelling at her because she "dared" to speak out against India's lack of women's civil rights, was also a woman. Mallika's response to the female reporter, though, was great. She said she refused to lie, she would not lie. India might be her country, but she won't hide the facts. That's brave, and she is a good lesson for everyone. We in the U.S. need to do that as well. This might be our country, but we must not lie.
