Although I support the maiden uprising in Ukraine as I have a daughter living in Kyiv and she has kept me informed on what was happening as well as my former son in law.... had a similar uprising happened in the U.S. it would have been squashed in a heartbeat and very few people would have supported it.

Our mainstream media would have condemned the "riots" and most of the populace would have seen them as our media would have portrayed them as "thugs" and "gangsters".

Yet as I watched the above video you can see that the vast majority of the protesters were in my opinion peaceful and everyday people who just want a free and honest country.

Maybe someday we will be unified enough to stand against corruption in our own government but with the 1% having so much influence in our media I don't see that happening.

We had a protest of over 100,000 people recently in N.C. and not a single word of it made the national news.

Throw on top of that 25% to 35% of the people are actually idiots and have zero clue on the reality of what is happening.

Thanks for your input and sharing your perspective....
