3. OMG, I love Michelle Obama - Is she not the most beautiful first lady since Jackie Kennedy?

Wow, just such a great first lady. She is an attorney and a mother and such a supportive partner of her husband. Not to mention I hope she gives African American women an example of just how great they can all be too. But they can't be great when the corporate machine holds them back.

I'm not stupid. Most African American women will never have the chance to become her and that is sad.

If we think the inequality between white males and white females in the work place is bad I am embarrassed at how bad the inequality between women of color and white women or men is. White women earn around 80% of what men earn but women of color only earn 60% on average.

Yep, that's fair. You spend hundreds of hours like I do ignoring your family for your career and you get shit.

For the same work and the same outcomes.

I do my best to work against this trend when I am in mgmt positions and I will continue to do that.
