2. It's intense.

It's hard to look in the mirror but I think by doing so we only become more aware of ourselves and who we are. We also become aware of how we became the way we and WHO influenced us to think the way we think, and WHY they chose to influence us in the way that they have.

It's mega important to me personally to understand the structure of my thoughts and why I think the way I do and how those thoughts got there in the first place.... and most importantly, am I really living in truth to my own deepest beliefs? It is a lifelong pursuit for me to be true to myself and to shed the lies that I have been taught in my own life and that have influenced me in negative ways.
