8. And those schoolyard bullies don't call it vacation--they call it RECESS!!!!!

Oddly enough, when they are "in session" they act like schoolyard bullies, and when they're in RECESS they make important 'fact finding' CODEL trips to key locations like LONDON, to see the new embassy, (and get tickets to the latest plays on offer), or ROME, to unnnh...unnnh...yeah, visit one of our overseas installations there and pester those poor bastards, yeah, that's the ticket!! OH--and get me a tour to Pompeii while you're at it, snip-snap!

And of course, there's OCTOBERFEST just around the corner--need to work on that vital US-German relationship!!

Doing the country's business sure is hard work!!!!!
