It would appear he's better versed on the history of this religious war, too.

What is the matter with these clucks saying they're "internationalists"… and therefore affirm their "how high?" answer when the U.S. says "jump"? There is no reason for the U.K. or the U.S. to mire itself inside the religious war that we slaughtered and tortured over 11 years ago… too long a history for people on both sides of the pond.
