He fails to establish a causal link between testosterone and corruption.

More over, this line of thinking (regarding testosterone) has already been refuted.
This is nothing more than an attempt to demonize testosterone:

Testosterone does not induce aggression, study shows.
evidence refutes the preconception that testosterone causes aggressive, egocentric, and risky behavior.
