politics. That, is what elections have become in the US, who can throw the most money at elections. To me, it is undermining the entire democracy, that is, what's left of it. How will that be accomplished ... Voters fall hook, line and sinker for these ridiculous brainwashing ads. Hence, they vote for those having thrown the most money at them for ads, not on which candidate is presenting the best policies for the country and for them. And Citizens United, what an undermining decision that was of a democracy. Some days, I feel like just shaking my head and walking away from the entire mess ... but, that is what the oligarchs want, so I stay.
