Yeah, that's going to work out just fine...
All I'm saying is that the video itself doesn't prove battery, because the guy with the phone happened to pan down at the wrong time. The asshole cop probably hit him, but he could have just grabbed the keys out of his hand. Notice how he tosses keys right after the "incident"?
Regardless of anything the cop is guilty of assault, which is what I said in the first place.
