...in which state lines were crossed and/or where federal regulations or laws apply (as in this case) to the business activity. It would be the best approach in a perfect world, because the burden of proof threshold is so low. But then this isn't anything like that though, is it?

- In the end, the creation of laws reflect the failure of the social design. This case is no different.
