cretin doesn't try to shoot her in the head because, after all, girls shouldn't do anything but serve their Lord and Master. God forbid she spread her wings, get educated, or anything else a human being should be able to do without fear of persecution. 
Sorry, I'm feeling a just little hostile towards fundamentalists, especially after Paris and Malala. And I didn't say fundamental Islam, because fundamental Christianity & Judiasm are just as backwards and dangerous as fundamental Islam.
