The MIC has had a history of creating boogeymen to scare us into accepting their outrageous budgets.

Request for increases in education, roads & infrastructure, workplace safety, food safety or whatever, and you get outrage. When the MIC ask for outrageous increases on top of the outrageous budgets they already have and the responses is: "How much do you want and how fast can we get it to you?"
