Thank you Gwen Olsen for being brave and telling the truth! How more reliable a source can we get then from a 15 year veteran out in the field?! I have been saying this for years, but I don't have any first hand knowledge like she does, I just always have believed natural ways are the best. And boy have I taken an earful just from my own family....But I've stuck to my guns and have never taken pharmaceuticals ever...I have always gone the homeopathic route and I feel it has helped to enhance my life. And yes, exercise IS great medicine!!!
