to see this refresher course on the parallel economic paths that our country and Great Britain took since the days of Ronald Reagan and Maggie Thatcher. And of course, before Thatcher were the Labor PMs Wilson and Heath. When they said that John Lennon and George Harrison of the Beatles were clients of that tax dodging firm, it made me think of their song "The Tax Man" (tax man Mr. Heath, tax man Mr. Wilson). The final report card? Economic growth overall was only a shadow of what it could've been without this gentrification, and the super rich were only used as window dressing to artificially inflate what would otherwise have been very poor economic statistics.
