The days of women doing the exact same job as men and getting paid less are over. maybe you could find some isolated examples of this, but by and large, it's a thing of the past. Some of the pay gap that still exists can be explained by maternity, and some of it by the quite natural tendency of women to work in less physically demanding jobs. Equality is a fiction, born of a devotion to an ideal.
