If the GOP wasn't able to marginalize the voting power of non-whites through gerrymandering and other suppression efforts they'd be screwed. That should be the #1 focus of the Democratic Party going forward strategically, reversing the damage the GOP has done to our democratic process. Seems like lots of other things would fall into place then.
