22. Wow--five percent!!

I am shocked, I tell you...shocked... that there's five percent of their number that is non-caucasian! Are there that many jokesters in the mix, I wonder? From the "Yeah, I'm a registered Republican ... hahahaha!!!!! I love the look on the poll worker's face on election day! Bwahahaha!" school of humor? Or are they "primary spoilers" from the "Let me vote for the craziest one on the primary ballot" cadre?
