what are you doing about "greed, war, and corruption"? How do you know what these people are doing or not doing about "greed, war and corruption? I think you need to get out and evaluate your worldview against reality. People celebrate marijuana as a protest against the forces of repression, and it works! Whether or not some people are "turning away from politics" does not mean that they are turning away from the dream to build a better world. What do you think the people on DU care about? Besides, if we waited for a perfect world to have fun, we'd never have any fun. Party on, and welcome to DU.
