Google it and see the author's website. Amazing.

He's a retired schoolteacher in UK, I think, can't tell if his
accent it British, Australian, Irish, Welsh. Irish would be my guess.

Combine it with the Titanic Conspiracy & Federal Reserve, and you've got
world history from about 1880, in a nutshell. Speculative in parts, but amazing.
