Lately on FB I have seen this same thing going on in the Tenn, legislature

This is wrong, though there is no doubt that the other votes would have gone that way. Interesting, however, givent the fact that this Texas legislator is a big proponent of voting integrity . . . when it comes to the ballot box. Prior to the voter id bill that Perry signed last session, this ignoramus was pushing a move to require persons of asian descent to choose a non asian name that would be less difficult to pronounce.
