A lot of churches out there still preach this garbage and a lot of women who want their ticket punched for heaven (since earth obviously sucks) eat it right up.

After all, if you're a subservient little slave, you are relieved of the necessity of doing any thinking for yourself. You don't have to worry about making choices or risking failure, it's all on the lord and master's shoulders.

I suppose it's just peachy for a certain type of woman. I'd be slipping arsenic into his soup.
