for her husband's 83d solar orbit party.

Two of their guests are a couple of ultra-right wing Foxian Rush-based Tea-Baggers.
the other 16 people were liberal, progressive, rational.

Wow. I had several long conversations with them, and eventually, I accused them of being spoon fed by Fox News. Both took offense at that, but they did not deny it.

He repeatedly claimed that all muslims were evil, an they all want their 72 virgins. I pulled out my iPad, which has the Koran (as well as budhist, christian, and other religious texts on it) and showed him my search which disclosed no such bullshit.

Another guest was a retired professor of divinity from a jesuit university. (he and I compared atheist notes) Great guy. Together, we picked apart every argument Mr. Neocon made, despite his immunity from fact and truth.

My favorite quote? "This is one of the strongest groups of candidates I have ever seen. Any one of them could do extremely well as president. Although, Santorum, Rubio, and Perry have to be at the top of our list. That Bush fellow is just too liberal."

Any one of them? I gagged, visibly, when he said that. He thought I caught something in my throat.
