The current living Buddha is the 14th Dalai Lama of Tibet who has spent his entire life teaching tolerance, acceptance, and Peace toward others. To this day he has taught the path to enlightenment through the Four Noble Truths helping others to understand the true nature of all things. He is a happy monk with a contagious smile & laugh who really "lives" what he teaches. To know him is to love him. I really doubt you would find him desecrating any Christian crucifixes. As a matter of fact, he only teaches acceptance and humility toward the people of other religious traditions. He is revered by many all around the world as a peaceful and respectful man.
