35. That was a pretty strange moment

I don't know if he was actually reading the book, though, since the kids were actually reading it to him. Watching all of those kids reading about a goat to him, in unison, just after he had supposedly been informed about the attack on the second tower, was a truly surreal moment.

It's a shame that Michael Moore edited most of Bush's bizarre reaction, as shown in the school's video, from Fahrenheit 911 and added his own unnecessary commentary. It would have been far more effective just to include the whole unedited video of Bush's non-action, without commentary, and let that speak for itself.
