Several medium-size cities' mayors were named as well. Places like Lexington KY, Knoxville TN, Norfolk VA, Ft Wayne IN, and Ocala FL.

Does that last one sound familiar? It should:

His city is located in Marion County, where some residents recently lost a battle to take down the Confederate flag at the county administration building.
