directionally guided protest gathering deterrent toys they unleashed on the occupy movement that is sitting around gathering dust.

would seem that this *is* the true occasion for the actual use these toys were made for.

There is also a whole bunch of other methods that can be used to make these bozo's stay at camp Malheur an uncomfortable one. And no laundering facilities to remove all their party patches.
