The first part is the explanation, and the latter part is no less damning. Walker's response to the felonious actions in his executive suite is to hire a defense team for himself.

He's simply a dictator and a malignant narcissist. It really is all about him and his job and power, just as the ad says.

Walker is withholding the official job report (the truth) being released, so Barrett needs to present those national figures again and again!
