4. I hate Trump but I'd rather he beat this guy

Ted Cruz is such a loathsome individual so blatantly phony and appealing to the absolute worst in his clueless base because he knows they are dumb enough and frightened enough about the right wing created boogeymen that they'll buy his fear mongering hook line and sinker.

Trump would be a disaster, of course--but this guy is downright dangerous. Trump called him unstable but I tend to think he knows exactly what he's doing and doesn't care. "Sandblasting crosses off veterans tombstones"? Really? He's playing all the right notes for his dog whistle zombie supporters.

Honestly--if you made me pick him or Trump--I'd take Trump--and I'd never take either.

But this guy makes me sick.

He pushes hate in a way I may never have seen in a politician.
