Instead of spending the vast majority of this country's discretionary spending on warmongering, subsidizing Wall Street banks and corporations that don't need it and reducing the taxes for the 1%ers who don't need it, Sanders is advocating investment in areas that benefit people at the lower and middle classes. It doesn't have to be a case of adding to what we're already spending on.

Whether you agree with Sanders or not, I'm glad to see there's a finally candidate who's bringing up the real issues at the root cause instead of engaging in diverting the political dialogue to the 4 G's - God, guns, gays and gynecology.
