89. Where is Hillary's plan?

Though it would be early for her to make one unless she is heir presumptive. My real question is where is the DNC's plan to retake the House and Senate? It is non-existent here where even some Republicans have had it with our Club for Growth Representative. The DNC has been MIA here ever since the killed the 50 state plan just in time to lose seats for the Census redistricting. It really sucks to watch your whole county turn into a Republican paradise because Democratic Party decision makers could not be bothered. (Our locals Dems sure are trying hard even without real help from the state and national.) Seems no matter how much money anyone raises for the DNC only certain districts & states get much of it. So right now I really have no problem with Bernie supporting down ticket people that think like him instead of feeding the machine in place now.
