This is unfortunate. I couldn't summon that much schadenfreude to wisecrack about this.

When I was six months pregnant with my first child, I slipped on some produce left on a grocery floor and fell hard. I was dazed. Five people walked by me and offered no assistance - maybe they thought I was drunk in maternity clothes, on the floor in a grocery store aisle. Finally a manager came (someone must have complained about the obstacle on the floor in aisle 3), and he quickly blamed my shoes for the fall (not the slimy green mess on the floor). He barely offered to help me up. I bled a little, but the baby was fine (it was really a HARD fall - feet shot out from under me).

Yep - this can happen to anyone, anytime. Hope she is OK.
