3. The whole "Driving While Brown" issue reminds me of the movie "Born in East L.A."

Specifically, the scene where Cheech is looking for his cousin in the factory when it gets raided, ends up being interrogated by a cop in a cowboy hat, and answers the question "who's the president of the United States" with "that actor guy, John Wayne or something".
