by the new President, who appoints if we lose?

So someone appointed her, and at one time Ed Rendell?

Why the political ups and downs in this position?

The party endures more than any incumbent

didn't we used to have Chairmen who served a long time?

Howard Dean ran a competitive strategy in 50 states.
